Navidad en la mesa...

Faltan pocos días para la Navidad y me imagino que muchos de vosotros ya tenéis pensado como será el menú y la decoración de la mesa que acogerá a vuestras familias e invitados. Para los que aún tengan alguna duda, hoy os quiero presentar un post cargado de ideas y consejos, que espero que os sean de gran ayuda.

Os aconsejo que como mínimo una semana antes hagáis una lista de los invitados, el tipo de comida que queréis ofrecer, la decoración y los detalles que obsequiareis a vuestras familias o amigos. De esta manera os ayudara a poder planificar todo lo que necesitáis con antelación y no dejarlo todo para el último día.

En la invitación que daremos a nuestros invitados para esta gran celebración les informaremos de la hora de llegada.  Tenemos que tener en cuenta que si la mayoría de familiares o amigos trabajan, para no hacerlos correr, una hora prudente son las 22h. Pero si no hay problemas de horarios, podemos acordar la llegada a la fiesta a las 20h., así de esta manera dará tiempo a unos aperitivos y poder charlar.

Si la cena o la comida es algo pesada, os aconsejo que antes de servir los dulces, ofrezcáis a vuestros invitados algo de fruta, que lo podéis presentar de muchas maneras diferentes y originales. Una opción es en un bol de hielo, lo podéis decorar con elementos naturales y rellenarlo con una ensalada de frutos rojos (grosellas, arándanos, moras, frambuesa y fresas), todo ello macerado con limón y azúcar.

Los detalles para este tipo de mesas son muy importantes, los bajoplatos, el mantel, los detalles para cada invitado, las etiquetas con los nombres,...
